Happy New Year!
Are you ready to start off the new year with a bang? If you have already started your new healthy eating or gym routine, you deserve some credit! Some have long lists of resolutions and goals at the beginning of a new year, and that is admirable. However, what is even more impressive, is if you stick to them.
It can be so hard to achieve something you have never done before, or something that seems impossible ( like a 90% on an exam for example) but it can be done. People that practice and persevere through the struggle, whatever it is, are more likely to eventually achieve that goal. Make this year of 2020 the year of YOU and put all of your efforts towards a happy, healthy goal.
