Happy New Year from JobsPeopleDo.com!
2014 is officially upon us, and with it comes a new set of goals and responsibilities. If you’re graduating from high school this year, you’re probably already counting down the days until you’re finished. With the excitement of graduation bearing down on you, don’t forget to take some time to plan for your future, too. High school will be over, but many of you will also be entering college and university in the fall. That means you’ll want to get your scholarship and bursary applications in soon – it’s never too early (or too late) to get free money for your education.
Have you made any resolutions for the new year? Sometimes the changing of the calendar also brings with it a changing of your mindset – it feels like a fresh start. Take advantage of this feeling by setting some goals for yourself. It could be as simple as, “I want to spend one hour per night studying”. Making your resolutions into smaller, bite-sized goals will increase your chances of succeeding. Good luck!
