First awarded in 2014, the criteria for the award is to have a personal connection to organ and tissue donation and/or have demonstrated efforts in increasing awareness for organ and tissue donation.

The applicant’s requirement is to provide:

• a 300 word essay about organ or tissue donation
• High school transcript
• your post-secondary acceptance letter, and
• details of any other scholarships or busaries they have been awarded.

Applicants must provide the above via email to scholarship@lifepassiton.ca on or before June 3, 2015.
