What is ARC Industries?

ARC Industries is a company that provides employment to adults 18 and over with developmental and physical disabilities. It is an exciting and social work environment that can lead to accomplishing your greatest working potential. You can earn money, make friends and be your complete independent self. For many years, ARC Industries has partnered with Community Living Centers across Ontario, and continues to be a great work option for adults over 18. You may find yourself leaving school and wanting a job; ARC Industries is here for you!

What kind of work does ARC Industries provide?

Wrapping and packaging shower rods for the construction industry
Compilation of electrical component kits
Collating and packaging
Corian tile sales kits
Packaging water bailer safety kits
Mailings and collations
Binder collations
Labeling bottles and other containers
Custom light industrial, tailor made to the customer’s requirements repackaging and wrapping

While working for ARC, you will gain confidence and skills that you didn’t have before. You would be providing your local businesses with items and work that will help them function and grow- that is something to be proud of!

Facilities:

Most ARC workshops in Ontario are of industrial size, leaving lots of space for creating and putting together products. They are sheltered, safe facilities that are built with your comfort in mind. There are instructors to help you with your work every step of the way!
