By now you are back into the routine of school – you’ve got homework, projects and mid-terms that you’re working on. But don’t forget to take care of yourself, too!
October is the month that many of us neglect ourselves and our health. After all, we have Thanksgiving with all of its wonderful food and Halloween with plenty of candy.
So ensure you are taking time to go for a walk and enjoy the cooler breezes and beautiful colours of Fall. Get outside with friends and family. Balance the sweets and candy of October with plenty of water and fruit.
Taking care of yourself is key to having the energy and clarity you need to take on all of your school projects! If you look after your body, it will look after you.
Remember: be a mentor – someone needs you!
