Falling Into School Routines

Jobs People Do | JobsPeopleDo.com

Welcome to the October edition of JobsPeopleDo.com!

You may have noticed last month that we recently launched a new section that is geared towards students in elementary school. In this section, we will provide you with tips on how to prepare yourself for junior high and high school, fun jobs you can think about for your future and interesting facts and tidbits about life in general. We are excited about this new section of the site and we think you’ll love it as much as we do!

For French speaking students, we are entering our second month of having French articles available for you. All you have to do is select the “French” button on the top right of the homepage and all of our great editorial pieces will be converted into French! We’re in the process of converting our Job Profiles and Quizzes sections into French as well, so please bear with us during this transition period. We’ll have it up for you as soon as possible!

October is the month where you will have settled into your daily school routines. Don’t forget to break up your day by being active – go for a walk or a run with your friends before the snow starts to fall. It’s important to have fun, too, and that is where Halloween comes in. Here at JPD, Halloween is one of our favourite holidays. It is the one day per year that you can dress up as anything you want and have a great time with your friends. So make this Halloween a fantastic (and safe) one!

Enjoy your October – and don’t forget that Daylight Savings Time will be ending soon. That means one extra hour of sleep is coming your way shortly!
