You’ve made it! June has arrived and the last month of school is upon us. For some of you, this means you will be gearing up to kick back for a summer of rest and relaxation with your friends and family before preparing to head back to school in September.

For others, this is the month that you have been waiting for your entire life – you are graduating from high school. Congratulations! This is a huge accomplishment and a milestone in your life. This summer will be filled with new adventures as you enter this next phase of your life. Perhaps you will be moving away from home for the first time to attend college/university in a new city. Or maybe you have decided to take a year off from your studies to work and travel. Whatever you plan to do, this is a wonderful moment in your life to really learn about yourself and to try your hand at different jobs to see what path is the right one for you.

Some of you might also be getting your very first summer job. This can range from mowing lawns to working at a restaurant.
